The Junior Company
At KNIPEX, we have the opportunity to
gain real-world practical experience whilst still on our apprenticeship – and we do so
in our very own trainee company! 🚀 The idea behind this
model is to give us apprentices a realistic insight into
the world of work at an early stage. Here, we take on responsibility, make
decisions and overcome challenges, just as we would in the working world.
Our Junior Company is more than
just a project – it’s an integral part of our training. We
carry out real business processes independently, organise ourselves and
learn what it means to run a business. The focus? Learning by
doing! This way, we grow not only professionally but also personally, and are
well prepared for the future.
Just as with our pliers,
we place great importance on the very best quality and well-thought-out design. In doing so,
we rely on high-quality materials and sustainable production, because
durability and environmental awareness are also close to our hearts. Every
single product tells its own story.

We don’t just learn the theory; we also gain plenty of practical experience on real projects. Thanks to exciting areas such as our junior company, the social media team and many other interesting projects, we can try our hand at different things and show what we’re made of.
